Delivery and Returns

Due to most of our pads being one of a kind, all packages that have cloth pads or liners are sent using registered mail.
If your order does not arrive within 14 BUSINESS days after it has been shipped, please reach out to us so we can discuss your options.
Similar to purchasing underwear in the stores, we do not accept returns or exchanges for cloth pads. Menstrual cups may be returned as long as the box has not been opened, and the seal remains intact within 28 days of purchase.
If you change your mind for other items, please let us know as soon as you can. Once the item is shipped, we would need to wait for a return before exchanging.
* For smaller orders re-purposed paper bags, boxes and wrapping may be used for packaging to fit in line with our aim of lesser waste.
As almost all items are hand made, there may be evidence of this! For example, minor stitching issues, not being completely symmetrical etc. Pattern placement may vary slightly depending on how the material for your pads were cut, colour might also be slightly different due to your screen or or phone settings. Returns are not accepted for these reasons.
If there are major faults it will be mentioned in the listing and reflected in reduction of price for 'seconds'.
You will be required to send photographic evidence of concerns, & possibly the item back in an unused condition if there are any of the following issues:
– Significant large holes
– The unlikely event of stains
– The item not as described
